BOS Neil, My My Hey Hey or Hey Hey My My -- I get the titles confused on the "hard" and "soft" versions of this song.

I like their trivia question today, and I have no idea of the answer.

WDRV Music Trivia

The song "Heartache Tonight" was written by Don Henley, Glenn Frey, J.D. Souther and, who else?

A) Bob Seger
B) Jackson Browne
C) Stephen Stills
D) James Taylor
E) Joe Cocker

I'll guess Seger, since the Eagles also collaborated with him on his Against the Wind LP.

VHM "Breakfast In America" just because I suddenly realized there is another way to interpret the line "not much of a girlfriend, I never seem to get a lot."

I always heard it as "not much of a girlfriend, [but then again] I never seem to get a lot [of girlfriends]."

But now I heard it as "not much of a girlfriend, [because] I never seem to get a lot [of sex from her]."

My guess as well, just because I think it sounds like a Seger song.  Didn't know of any conncetions between him the Iggles until your post.

Woo Hoo indeed, but I was too busy with other posts to exclaim immediately.

That's them singing backup on "Fire Lake", which I believe Frey co-wrote.

Okay, I voted for Seger & that's the right answer, but Jackson Browne is getting 45.5% of the vote.
