And to commemorate the departure of the GD tape vault from the KFOG listening area...Throwing Stones.
Let's get right to it.

Dave said "quality time in 1987" but that's an oxymoron, no?

Unless there's a surprise or 2 in store, that is.

well, OK, VHM Pretenders. But my usual '87 Wish List still applies, not that Dave will ever play Aretha & George, or "Talk Dirty To Me".

George without Aretha. Ya gotta have faith-ah, faith-ah, FAITH-AH!

Me, I've lost faith that this will be anything other than a by-the-book Monday set.

In reality, it probably has nothing to do with today's set save for the Grateful Dead connection but I was referring to this:

Mr Allman shows us his tattoo. Or maybe it's one of Cher's. Whatever.

I see -- thanks.  I thought the "KFOG listening area" was some special room at the station.  But you meant the bay area.  So I got it.

This is actually a pretty good song, but that line isn't the best.

I went to check out KINK, They're playing a song I don't recognize, and their just-played feature is cut off at 9:49.

But I notice they're playing that "Dear Mr President" song by Pink! I am most impressed!

ETA: They're doing 2001 today -- that's just TOO recent.  John Mayer on 10@10 is just plain wrong.
