Guaranteed: a Beatles twin-spin.
Almost guaranteed: some awful early Stones song like "Time Is On My Side" or "Not Fade Away."
Maybe I should just stick with Deep Tracks ...
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”

I guess I shouldn't offer my thoughts on "Do Wah Diddy," then ...

I do like that one.  I like the cover versions by the Airplane and Paul Revere & the Raiders even better, though.  I'd like to write a play where Jesus sings that song.

'64 -- "She's Not There"
'65 -- "Tell Her No"
'69 -- "Time of the Season" (After they were defunct)

i think jesus would make a fine singer. i'd like to hear him sing, "have you seen your mother, baby?"
