27 July 06--it's 1974

Close, no cigar.

ETA:  Sorry, that sounded like I was bummed about getting a '74 set. Not at all. Just that Dave didn't replicate the 73 choices we heard from Chicago and Boulder. Oh well.

And yeah, 72 is again way overdue.
Let's get right to it.

You must be listening to a radio...

Nice TOTHC, whatever get's you through the night
and any fool knows
a dog needs a home
a shelter
from pigs on the wing

I'm sticking around here. Given the quality of the first three sets of the week (even yesterday's 85 was pretty damn good), I think Dave's on a roll.
Let's get right to it.

Dave resisted the temptation to use Sweet Lou as TOTHC, but slots him in at #2 instead.

I think I am gonna multitask, just outta curiosity if nothing else.

HM to Lou Reed, who plays a small role in the forthcoming Howard Tate concept album.

BOS2 Bo Donaldson & the Heywoods. With a name like that, they had to know they had Holiday Inn lounges in their future.
Let's get right to it.
