WOS to the Stones (playing anything post-'85 from the band amounts to historical revisionism as far as I'm concerned) and the insipid stoner poetry of this STP track ("my shoe's worn thin ... my soul's worn thin").

VHM to Freedy Johnston's "Bad Reputation", only thing that's made me take notice so far.

'95 is one of the more memorable musical years of that decade, IMHO, but I'm not feeling that so far.

I tuned out after the 0-for-3 start.  Now listening to tracks for next week's Stylus Jukebox, including the new Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake tracks.  Nothing to jump up and down about.

Tuned back in just in time for a pleasant surprise: Seal's "Newborn Friend."
