Avoiding V-Day altogether in Chi-town, I see.  BOS to "Cisco Kid" because it shows love for two of my favorite things: cheap wine and salted peanuts.
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”

They eat the salted peanuts out the can.

And VVVHM to "I'll Be Around," for its elegantly simple backing track.  I wonder how much of this song's lyric and structure were nabbed from Smokey and the Miracles' "If You Can Want."

VHM Spinners. "This... is our f--k in the road".  Yes, it's "Fork" but at the time I thought it was the other f-word and wondered how it was getting airplay

VHM2: Van the Man

"Jackie Wilson said
it was reet petite."

used nicely in the little-seen Big Chill clone, Queens Logic. Joe Mantegna sings along with this song as it plays on the car radio as he drives across the 59th St Bridge.
