This is from Hissing of Summer Lawns, and Larry Carlton plays on the album, but so does Robben Ford, a Joni discovery.  Maybe it's on the liner notes.

Also -- I really really dug the Bowie track.  I'm sorely lacking in Bowie knowledge or listening, so I was surprised to hear one of my favorite sax players, David Sanborn blowing on it.

Thanks for the welcome.  I also have been keeping track of KFOG's playlist overall for the past couple of years.  It's got some holes here and there, due to computer/network failures, but I just revamped it due to KFOG's website redesign, and I think the data is good again.

It's interesting to when and how KFOG starts pushing new music at us, and I like to check to see if it's just my imagination or not that certain songs get overplayed or not.  I started talking about this over in the New Music thread, in case anybody is interested.

Indeed, it was Betty Ford, pre-clinic.  I heard the last half of the set in the car, a glorious 5 songs to drive around to on a glorious SF day.  2 superb classics in a row!
