I'll be preoccupied with work this morning, so I won't be able to catch up until this afternoon. I'm guessing, if he's trying to evenly distribute the years this week, that today will either be '90s or '60s.

Followed by the second -- Jefferson Starship, Play on Love. Gazoo, this one's for you...

ETA: Not quite a bustout. Annalisa played it once about 6 years ago, during AL 1.0.

But Tune # 5 may well be. Linda Ronstadt, It Doesn't Matter Anymore. Now this one I haven't heard in years.

Another great (and rare) tune in the #8 slot: Carol Douglas, Doctor's Orders, folllowed by one I'm pretty sure we have heard a time or two (but a great pick nonetheless): Blackbyrds, Walking in Rhythm.

And we end (oh so tastefully) with one that should elicit screams of joy from the GS listeners: the Hollies' cover of Springsteen's 4th of July Asbury Park (Sandy). Dare I say it, another 10@10 debut? (Was this the followup to The Air That I Breath?)

Btw, it appears he only has a copy of Springsteen's live set, and doesn't know The Wild, The Innocent and the E Street Shuffle. You'd have thought he would have attributed the original version of Sandy to the latter. But no.

I had no idea the Hollies covered anything, much less Springsteen. Very odd.

Their lead singer (Allan Clarke) actually covered "Born to Run"!

Figures this would happen on the one day I was actually doing something that couldn't be interrupted. Will listen this afternoon.  Glad ya liked!

Yup -- he didn't change a thing.   6 of the 10 were "wishlist" requests of mine that AL never got around to playing; I plugged in the other 4 (Sweet, JS, Linda and Outlaws) in an attempt to get the set to flow from one genre to another.
