So here's the list. Not a bad set, didn't get into the new wave that was beginning to bubble up on the charts too much. Liked hearing the Zappa and Blackfoot (wasn't there a Van Zant family connection with this band?). (Coincidence: When I saw the Who in Oakland in spring of 80, Blackfoot was the opener.) And speaking of the Who, DW kinda screwed up on his pedigree of Long Live Rock. Yes, it was released on Odds & Sods, but that came out in '74 (as Mike pointed out), not 79 as he stated. The rerelease in '79 was, as I mentioned, in conjunction with The Kids Are Alright, which was one of the first (if not the first) rock docs of note. </geek mode>
