I'm probably a song ahead of you, but whatev. I did like the Stevie as TOTHK -- a nod to the latest Carpool Karaoke with Michelle Obama perhaps?

This being the 3rd 1970 set of the week (The Sound and The Peak both did '70) I peeked at the list and there are 4 duplicates from those so I'll pass. Looks like there's only one track that qualifies as rare.
You spin me right 'round, baby, right 'round

The Five Stairsteps tune is always a fave, but hoping that wasn't the rarity that  Mike referred to. Not going to peek, not gonna do it...

And now Sugarloaf's Green Eyed Lady. A big Top 40 fave of mine when it was new, still enjoyable but not quite the same now. Don't call us, baby....

The Myra Breckinridge clip was something I hadn't thought about in years though. Quite the scandalous film in the day, these days probably not worth a second look.

Kent State clip into....THE MIGHTY ZEPPELIN! Another one that sparks specific memories of pre-adolescence, listening to this at a friend's house, with our ears pressed up against the speaker.

Totes.

But actually we're working on software integration, so she's helping me. Can't complain.

Ah, the great exploding whale debacle. Not one of Oregon's more shining moments in history....but damn funny.

Into...The Doors, Roadhouse Blues.

Followed by Apollo 13 and Sly Stone, Thank You....  Nice enough, def. of its time. No big flashbacks here though.

More "scandalous" 70s cinema: Beyond the Valley of the Dolls. Paging Roger Ebert....

And Edison Lighthouse, Love Grows...

Hmmm, we're on tune #8 and there's still 15 minutes left on the player. Wonder what epic song we have remaining to fill in that much time?

Janis & Dick Cavett. I need to go watch the various interview bits between these two that have surfaced in recent years.

Into a live version of "Move Over" from around this time. Suspect this was from the Janis live album that came out many a couple years later, but was probably recorded around this time. Certainly not too much later.

ETA: Yep, Move Over was likely off the Joplin in Concert record that came out in '72.

Some of the worst improv scatting in history from Mr. Morrison.
