Dave's soliciting suggestions on his blog page.  I've already submitted my annual request for "Tarzan Boy" by Baltimora.

I won't be around to listen but someone should suggest either "Thong Song" or "Milkshake."  Or the current "My Humps."

aren't those closer to HFHs?  (I'm sure they are to the average Foghead.) Remember, a turkey is stupid... but "good."

great avatar -- last nite's PS was genius. As was Drawn Together, which I think is even funnier this year than last.

Thanks! I found the avatar online. "Did you just flip me off?!"

Alas, I missed last night's eps! I taped the recast at 12:30 & 2:30- at least some of it. I haven't had a chance to watch them.

Sounds like it oughta be a hoot!

Hey Mike, someone named ThomasOsborne has requested "Walk The Dinosaur" on Dave's blog comments & I have seconded it.  Thought you should know.

yay! Thanks... I thought of it after posting Baltimora and didn't want to post twice.  Better to hear "WTW" in a Turkey set than not at all, tho' I have insisted to Dave in the past that it would be a slam-dunk BOS winner in an '89 set.

ETA: Gaz should know that someone has requested "Pilot of the Airwaves" (tho' I wouldn't call it a Turkey) and a bunch of bubblegum including "Tracy" (Cufflinks) and "Jingle Jangle" (Archies).

I'll be curious to see how many of the suggestions from the blog page make the set. (I requested Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep by Mac & Katie Kissoon, but I'm not holding my breath.)
Let's get right to it.

And bless you for remembering that one. Haven't heard it in decades, tho' CG plays the British hit version, which was by somebody else.

Heads up gang--KFOG is already in pre-set commercial break at 9:53, so I'm guessing this set will start a tad early.
Let's get right to it.

OK, "Jungle Boogie" and "Tubthumping" are both fine, tho' neither are on Dave's blog suggestions.

name the actor on the beginning of "Tubthumping" -- and name the movie that clip is from.

Don;t know if Jungle Boogie is a repeat, but Chumbawamba is certainly leftover turkey, more than once if I recall correctly.

This is the first repeat from last year, when we heard:

"Mah nah mah nah"
"Gonna Buy Me A Dog" - Monkees
"Tub Tumping" - Chumbawumba
"Hocus Pocus" - Focus
"Double Barrell" - David Collins
"La Vida Loca" - Ricky Martin
"Blue Moon" - The Marcells
"Pop Music" - M
"You Sexy Thing" - Hot Chocolate
"Life Is a Rock (But the Radio Rolled Me)" - Reunion
"Music is the Earth, People are the Flowers, and I am the Hose."

Chumbawamba was in a Guilty Pleasure set as well.
