"Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope! > Television, Venus

Another bustout? BOS2!

ETA: Nope, not a bustout -- two previous plays, the second of which was an encore of the original set.

I'm trying to be lenient re: LNs that fit into a segue, but Iggy's "Passenger" is the biggest FF we've heard so far.

I'd have picked the CSN tune for that title, but they've both made fairly regular appearances.

More Star Wars "We don't serve your kind here" > Alan Parsons Project - I Robot

VHM, maybe even BOS.

I must say AL acquitted herself admirably (and cleverly) this week. And now let us never hear of Star Wars again. :)

Not bloody likely. SW Episode VIII is scheduled for a Memorial Day release in 2017. I expect more of the same.

I've been wondering about the SW blitz this week on 10@10.  I can understand why KGO-TV would devote so many
minutes on their "news" programs to flog the movie, but why KFOG?  A little poking around reveals that the owner
of KFOG, Cumulus Media, appears to be part of ABC Radio Network, which is in turned owned by Disney, who is
distributing the film.  There are actually a couple of other links in that corporate chain, but that's the gist of it.

I'd use the word 'shilling' instead of 'blitz', but yeah, KFOG's behavior over the release has been at best embarrassing.

I think the Star War franchise has many positive characteristics, but like The Simpsons, its sponsors will evidently stop at nothing when it comes to promotion.

That pretty much describes Disney to a T.
