« on: September 16, 2015, 08:28:42 PM »
Could it be our '70s day this week?

FWIW, Dred said on FB (in a thread on AL's page) that she will be "returning shortly".  Here's hoping.

ugh: '98. Fastball with an obvious TOTHK.

I like Mummer's Dance. Not all of her stuff is this good, sadly.

How about an Alanis song that isn't just a list?

This is the third encore in 17 days from 1998, and the 2nd to feature His Dudeness & the Kenny Rogers & First Edition reprise.

Whose idea is that?

How can Vance Joy's "Riptide" be tune #9?

It's a disaster. Though skipping Zoot Suit Riot and Never There won't kill me. I do enjoy the Big Lebowski clips, though.

Someone wasn't paying attention.

On the other hand, neither was I as it totally slid by me. I guess I'm so used to hearing that dreck that it went in one ear and out the other. Progress.

Have noticed in the last couple of days that the post-set song has been older 80s vintage rather than the currents they were playing straight out of the backsell initially. Yesterday we heard the Clash, today it was U2.  Definite improvement.
Let's get right to it.

It should be noted that after that diversion, the remainder of the set aired as expected.  Dunno what's
going to happen with tonight's replay; I'm not going to listen again.
