Walter Cronkite on the total eclipse of the sun ---> The Police "Bring On The Night"

ETA: Will AL make it to 11:00 with this set?

This next song's going to have to be eighteen minutes.

Electric Light Orchestra "Shine A Little Love"

Personal fave -- always nice to hear instead of "Don't Bring Me Down".  No wonder people joked that this LP was called Disco? VERY!

What was it really called? This is certainly disco. It outdiscos "Miss You".

ETA: Never mind. I looked it up and found it's "Discovery". Clever.

An enjoyable, diverse, representative set, I'd say. Nothing qualifies as a bustout, though I can't say for sure if we ever got that looooong version of "Hot Stuff" (much less that Dave or anyone else segued it into "Bad Girls"). Nothing I'd call an uber-LN either, but if you listen to Kiss-FM more than casually, you probably encounter the regular "Hot Stuff" more than you'd like.
