I still remember this song being used by ABC (I think) for a long time, to promote their shows.  Never knew it was anything other than their promo song until much later...

I still remember this song being used by ABC (I think) for a long time, to promote their shows.  Never knew it was anything other than their promo song until much later...

It's provided the tag for numerous ad campaigns over the years, but yeah, ABC is what I always associate it with.

I remember that tour -- saw it at the Greek. That was the last time they included the full Supper's Ready in the show -- and I *did* plotz.

The inclusion of both the James Brown and Flo & Eddie tracks would seem to indicate that AL has recovered sufficiently to make it down into the basement and plunder the vinyl archives.
