"Don't you want to eat me?"  I like the "punky Chips ahoy" commercial. nearly genius.

Our House, not registering any enthusiasm here; When Doves Cry a little better. But I think I'm still leaning toward Baker Street for BOS today.
Let's get right to it.

Sounds like Dave's sticking to form for his mid-80s selections. Baker Street it is.

BOS #2 "Would I Lie To You", maybe my favorite Eurythmics tune, got to crank it up!

ETA: and not one Dave plays much either. In fact the last time he played it was in a set 2 yrs ago...from 1983!

Happily not, and I'll take Simply Red any day.  Dave used to never play this, but it's shown up a couple of times over the last 2 yrs.

Close, Simply Red. Another Brit R&B revivalist band.

Indeed, the first time I heard this, I assumed it was an old black woman singing.

There is justice. Messr. Rafferty, Ravenscroft et al win the popular vote as well.
Let's get right to it.

Holy Crap! the bonus is Seger's '87 "Shakedown", which could easily be a HFH suggestion.
