I think it's one of the most overrated "cult" films ever. But then I feel that way about Russ Meyer generally.  (tho' I admit I've never seen Beyond the Valley of the Dolls.)

Quite possibly his best film, really. It has something that resembles a plot.

Pussycat is definitely a rental. Just fast forward when it gets too lame.
