Pretty good 1986 set overall.  No major Katrinas.  Rush was a bustout, Run DMC was first time in over 2 yrs, and now World Party is a bustout of sorts...First time Dave has played this in '86, tho' it has shown up in '87 a few times.

ETA: "Talk To Me" got played thrice last year, so it is a real Katrina up-and-comer.

and now Van Hagar "Higher and Higher", another bustout

Yesterday I heard the Klassic Kasem Kountdown from March 8 '86 -- "I Can't Wait" was at #40 and I got excited 'cause i thought it was gonna be Nu Shooz's "ICW" rather than the goat's.  See my post in the AT40 thread under internet listening -- there were a bunch of great songs in that chart that Dave ignores.

Such hate!  I think ICW sounds even better on the replay and think Stevie adapted herself to the '80s quite well.
