He was throwing to first base and missed by a mile -- this was during a period when he kinda melted down. If "foul ball" is the wrong term my apologies.

I was teasing you, but by definition a foul ball is a ball hit by the bat which does not land in fair territory. I actually remember that incident, though. Chuck K's throw woudl be regarded as an Error, and it was a mighty embarrassing one.
