Better late than never, i guess.

"Glory days" followed by "Centerfield" -- a tad obvious.

coulda been '84 or '85 based on those 2 songs.

Actually, it's 1984.

Could "The Boys Of Summer" be next. Sheesh.

Googling indicates that "Centerfield" came out in '85.

I see, it is '85, Mike updated.  Someone on 'Snipes said '84.  Anyway, BOS Bruce.

Agreed, on principle, but with the WS and all, the Bruce and Fogerty are apropos.

of course the Broooce LP was on the charts for both years; the Fogerty LP is '85 (tho' "Old man Down the Road" came out in late '84 as a 45). But the a-ha is pure '85.

and yeah, I'll give Bruce and Fogerty LN passes due to the baseball connection. But a WS set woulda been much preferable all around.  Imagine the SF-vs-Detroit set Dave Morey woulda done. "Tigers, Tigers, rah-rah-rah..."

apparently Renee's FB thread on the KFOG page said '84 incorrectly and she's "doesn't feel like" editing it. 'Cause that's, like SOOO much work. Sheesh.

LOL, this qualifies as the "Least Surprising Tidbit Of The Day".

I'm almost thankful to be at work where I can't listen.... I mean the WS OR 1985 are so rich with possibilities and then we get this lazy-ass effort. Guess I should know better.

Lengthy Tammy faye meets an AIDS patient clip. BOS.

I love "Running Up that Hill" but it was one of AL's premier Katrinas, iirc.

It probably took more keystrokes to write "I don't feel like it" than to click the edit button and change the 4 to a 5...  ::)

Things like this really annoy me.  If she misspelled a word then that would be one thing, but the year is a kind of extremely important part of 10@10.  I just posted a semi-rant saying that the year is the most important part of 10@10, KFOG's signature show, and such an easily correctible typo can make a huge difference for the integrity of the show.

LMAO.  KFOG Radio just replied saying "Are you for real?  People are starving in Africa."  Then she apparently deleted the post and re-did it with the correct year.  LOL.  Well, I have to at least give her credit for that.
