Lawd help me: there are requests for "Me & Bobby McGee", "Imagine", "Won't Get Fooled Again", "Day After Day", "Shaft", "Stairway To Heaven"...  Mercy! You'd think these people never listen to the radio.  Also quite the groundswell for "Timothy".

TANC: Saw that you requested Dylan's Watching The River Flow, among others. That was my runner-up for "Fave Dylan Song" in the Happy Birthday thread yesterday. (Today my fave would be Isis.)

I can't believe Dave never played it in all his years of 10@10 -- and am still flabbergasted that it failed to hit the Top 40 (it's one of those peaked-at-#41 heartbreakers). Leon Russell's piano is killer.

Someone requested "What's Going On" as well -- which turned out to be today's KFOG "Song of the Day".

And while we're berating unimaginative Fogheads (another asked for "Just My Imagination", oh irony) this morning's Request-O-Rama winner wanted to hear... "Hotel California".  ::)

But I think the all-time kicker happened a few years ago when somebody wanted to hear the Calling's "Wherever You Will Go".
