Bram Tchaikovsky has been TotHK twice in the Db, and Petty confirms this as the earlier of the two: 10/4/2006.

ETA: both sets about equally good.  One or two Katrinas but mostly good stuff.  Here's the other one, which we heard last July:

1.) Bram Tchaikovsky - Girl of My Dreams
2.) Kinks - Catch Me Now I'm Falling
3.) Police - Bring On the Night
4.) Robert Palmer - Bad Case of Lovin' You
5.) Billy Joel - Big Shot
6.) Talking Heads - Take Me to the River
7.) Donna Summer - Dim All the Lights
8.) Doobie Brothers - What A Fool Believes
9.) Cindy Bullens - Survivor
10.) Frank Zappa - Joe's Garage

Yup.  And I didn't recognize it.  I thought it might be Chic.

Yes it is.  On both counts.

ETA: Allmusic shows this as his very first album credit.  And he's got close to a hundred now.
