nice, lilting and breathy.

Good call. I always associate Karl Wallinger (WP's major domo) with Beatle-esque songwriting, but really, he's a student of great pop songwriting, British or otherwise. I assume you've heard their Goodbye Jumbo album? If not, get thee to Amoeba and find a copy. It's a truly great album front to back, imo.

Yes, I have heard a lot about her, she sounds super cool.   I see her on facebook, too!
