The Peak, 07/05/07: It's 1983

Some Dylan I'd never heard ("Neighborhood Bully") but my far and away BOS goes to Culture Club's "Time (Clock of the Heart)," whose impact on me is still shockingly immense after all these years.

And VHM to the follow-up, "Holiday Ro-OH!-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oad"; unbelievable that that one missed the Top 40.
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”

Kudos for the Polecats, Echo, Culture Club and of course "Holiday Road" -- none of these have ever been played by Dave iirc (well maybe the CC, but even that would be a rarity) .
You spin me right 'round, baby, right 'round
