Hey, with Rod, Beej & POC all hanging out more than usual we have topped the magic 80-post barrier today.

The prune jokes helped, of course...

I'm sure we'll get a '90s set tomorrow -- that'll, er, prune things down to 3 pages.

gosh, you're on a roll.

80 nothing, it's barely 11am and we're up to 93 now--make that 94 with this one. Which puts this thread in Top 10 territory if I remember your stats from last week correctly. Odd how a nondescript, fair to middlin' 76 set could result in such a diarhhea of posting.

(Sorry, had to get in on the fun.)

And with that last post this just became the most prolific (resisting prunes joke here) 10@10 thread. And with one more after this one, we'll be in triple digits. Well done, gang.
Let's get right to it.

what's in a name? did some research after hearing the uganda clip in this morning's set. idi amin's full title:

His Excellency President for Life, Field Marshal Al Hadji Doctor Idi Amin, VC, DSO, MC, Lord of All the Beasts of the Earth and Fishes of the Sea, and Conqueror of the British Empire in Africa in General and Uganda in Particular

i would love to own the outfit who printed his business cards.

Somehow I missed this post until now, but how could Idi Amin, supreme ruler that he was, be "Lord of All the Beasts of the Earth and Fishes of the Sea" from a landlocked country!?  I mean, I don't care how egotistical you are, don't you actually have to have some Sea before you can be the Lord of it?
