Yay! Sir Douglas Quintet!  I remember walking around in the snow in NYC in Jan of '69 with this song playing on my little transistor radio and wondering where "Mendocino" was.

I think the Doors' "Shaman's Blues" might be, but I'm not sure.  I always have trouble with time signatures.
