On today’s edition of Soundwaves 10@10, it’s another edition of Top 10 Tuesday!
We’ll count down the hits to the #1 song in the country on this day on whatever
year the wheel lands on! Today, we’ll hear the first ever theme from a James Bond
theme to become a hit only after it was covered by another artist, the #1 live version
of a classic Jackson Five song that would also hit the top, and the father of one of the
biggest artists of the 21st century.

I was guessing it was Guns N' Roses cover of "Live and Let Die". But that's probably more recent than 1992. Song number one is completely unknown to me. Not too thrilling.

ETA: Turns out "Live and Let Die" came out in late 1991, so it could be right.
ETAA: Except "LaLD" was pretty much a hit when it came out the first time. I think.

ETA: Dang, this is a pretty insipid set. I really don't remember 1992 being so boring. I was actually enthused about the 90s coming because I really didn't like much of the 80s. The Black Crowes seemed to signal a return of rock to to the radio. But sheesh, boring stuff in July.
