Wow! Evelyn "Champagne" King (her friends call her "Bubbles"). Dave hasn't played this one in some time, iirc.  BOS3.

BOS - Player, "Baby Come Back."  Every time I hear this, I'm back at the Thunderbird Lounge sipping a Shirley Temple and playing bar-sawdust-shuffleboard while my dad gets tanked.  Somehow I still love the song.  ("Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue" was another staple there at this time, but I haven't heard it in the ensuing years.)
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”

If Dave would throw in "Ease on Down the Road" from The Wiz...

I'd much prefer the Consumer Rapport hit version in a '75 set.  Michael & Diana? Feh.

Is Dave cribbing from you again, or are you two just on the same wavelength this morning? Either way, the comparison is apt.
Let's get right to it.

If he'd also cribbed my Evelyn King "Bubbles" comment... THEN I'd be suspicious.
