It's just so... easy to do.  It's a lovely song, it's tasteful, it gets played at lots of funerals.  Me, I want the Ramones at my funeral.

VHM Toad the Wet Python Reference.

(yes, I know it's actually from an obscure Eric Idle side project.)

Personally I'd like AC/DC. Have a drink on me!

Gotta give another VHM to Toad the Wet Sprocket.  Very reminiscent of '92 for me.

BOS The Player clip. People who think Entourage is a brilliant satire of H'wood (hello, Tim Goodman!) need to rent The Player again.

Excellent clip from The Player.

Remember the scene with Buck Henry trying to pitch a Graduate sequel?  Didya know there's a movie coming out that sorta IS one?

I just checked that out.  Kevin Costner & Shirley MacLaine???

Do you know why it was extra funny to see Buck Henry pitching The Graduate II?

The player is awful. I have never had a more intermittent stream. Buffering now mid song.  :(

Same thing was happening to me, you don't have much choice but to go to WMP 10.

Meant to comment on that yesterday--it was taking forever to load. Got in late today, so missed the set entirely and wasn't subject to the vagaries of their crappy utility.
Let's get right to it.

I'm torn between two Kinks songs--Days or Waterloo Sunset.

Indeed, I've said before that "Days" would be my choice, followed immediately by Joey Ramone's version of "What a Wonderful World". And then maybe "Blitzkrieg Bop".
