hee hee, it's hard to believe the dirtbag stoner aesthetic that ruled their Cover Of The Rolling Stone (esp as seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJu6Up9w2Hc) would give way to a pretty successful MOR pop song craftiness.
