Well if this is actually the "last live set before holiday", Dave is sure ending on a high note.  Woo Hoo for it all!!!!
Hey, Rich.  I bet there was some R&R Hootchie Koo at the volleyball game last night, eh?  I didn't watch it, but I see Stanford won the set by 2 points!

Oooh, keeping the soul going strong.  But who is this?

Hi Dave, Yes the Womens Volleyball semifinals were awesome, but way too nerve-wracking to enjoy ... until Stanford had actually won.  One of the closest match I've ever seen.  Woo Hoo!!!!
Now I'm eight bits...

Keep on smilin' Mike, even though we end with a Katrina!

We've had this discussion before -- is it:

"Are you a bum, or, are you a star?"

"Are you a bummer? Are you a star?"

"Are you a bomber? Are you a star?"

Annalisa loves that Little House clip -- 2nd time she's used it for her trivia question.

Y'all remember L-Dewd, from the old Yahoo group?  He got a birthday mention!

right right bloody well right.

Did Dave say anything about "last set before vacay"?  Sounds like one to me.

Call in during the morning show this Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday with your greetings, and the set will air Monday the 24th--actually ON XMAS EVE! I think that's about as close to Christmas as we've had one debut (although they've certainly been rerun on Xmas eve and/or Xmas day). There are only two in the DB--12/20/2002 and 12/17/2004, and I don't think there's been one since '04.
Let's get right to it.

Hard to believe there wasn't one in '03. But yeah, it's been 3 years without one. BTW, who's working Xmas Eve? I'm taking vacay days the 24th and the 31st, as they're regular workdays at Kaiser, but some companies are giving folks 4-day weekends.

I'm pretty sure there was one in 03, but it happened during a gap in the DB and it's not in my archive (mea culpa).

I'm off from the 21st thru Jan 1st, back to work on the 2nd. Company is closed for that entire time, with paid time off for all (not vacation). Probably the best benefit we get.
Let's get right to it.
