Lesser-known Steve Forbert: "You Cannot Win If You Do Not Play."  Sounds a bit like Glenn Frey's "Smuggler's Blues."

The Tonio K was new to me as well.  Remove the Cars and this is a hell of a set.

Damn fine; soory I missed it.  And I'll say for the umpteenth: How can Dave ignore "2-4-6-8", yet play "Glad to Be Gay" every damn June?
