Hiatt was "the next Elvis Costello" for a minute or 2. Ditto Byron -- I'll have to play his great "Listen to the Heartbeat" next time you're here. He followed that with a cover of "Down in the Boondocks" produced by Billy Joel (!) and then disappeared into oblivion.
