*crickets*

DMB and STP to start, I'm told. ("Tripping Billies" and "Tripping on a Hole in a Paper Heart", heh)

Been listening but trying to work. But this Weezer song (The Good Life) is not bad. Not a bustout, but not something from the rest of the KFOG playlist either.

It's NTM.

The Eels are pretty original, but a bit depressing and "Novocaine for the Soul" is very much overplayed.

Speaking of overplayed, take Dishwalla.

Please.

Is this the Butthole Surfers version of Paula Cole? (Or am I insane and the song has always sounded like this?)

Well, what I heard sounded like I'm used to hearing it sound, but I can't say it resembled the Buttholes in any way, so maybe there's a problem with your stream?

VHM Johnny Cash, who probably did visit most of those places at one time or another during his career. Not a rarity by any means though.

WOS Cake, even less of a rarity.

I didn't remember the spoken parts of the song, which reminded me of "Pepper".

I'll give BOS to Fiona Apple. This isn't one of my favorites by her, but it's rarely played. I think she was very talented, and may have sabotaged herself by using that ridiculously cumbersome album title.

Fiona Apple, Shadowboxer

Nah.

Carl Sagan dies > U2, Staring at the Sun

We seem to have taken a wrong turn somewhere.

2. Stone Temple Pilots - Trippin’ on a Hole in a Paper Heart

No. 2 appears to be a bust-out.
