well, I'll guess '90s or '00s again
and sure enuf: 2003. Feh.
Aqualung,"Brighter than sunshine" to start. I'm outta here...
-
This song isn't too bad, but I don't have any fond memories of 2003.
-
Just tuned in -- it's another Bowie-friendly year and we're hearing New Killer Star, off of Reality. I expect we'll be hearing Bowie songs at every opportunity for several weeks at least. As it should be.
Followed by what sounds like Radiohead. And I gotta leave for a dentist appointment, so this is going to be about it for me today. Cheers!

Yup. I'll give Radiohead a BOS too. Already miles ahead of Coldplay.

BOS for "A Mighty Wind". Hilarious bit. And BOS for Jayhawks. They're great.
-
It's the end of REM as we know it. "Bad Day" isn't bad, but awfully familiar...
-
My kids and I love the Whatever song.
That was pretty fun, actually.
-
Just looked at the list on FB --not bad, tho' that "US of Whatever" song, tho' mercifully short, is really annoying and unnecessary at this point.

Aside from the Bowie, and possibly Radiohead (which I didn’t love, but props for being different) I didn’t find this set too thrilling. Everything else was pretty generic downtempo Triple A fodder, except for Liam Lynch which stopped being funny after the first time she played it. A lot of FFs too for a year we haven’t been to that much.
