Pavement "Shady Lane"

a rarity in this company  -- and it won BOS the only other time it appeared, in 2011.

Who's this? INXS?

I counted 7 or 8 waaay-frequent fliers.  An AL's Greatest 1997 Hits, if you will.

AL: "I'll never get tired of listening to "Everlong"..." That's why we'll hear it in virtually every '97 set.  ::)

Per AL on FB: 2-way tie for BOS between Foo Fighters and Buena Vista Social Club.

If Foo Fighters keeps getting voted BOS, we'll keep hearing it every '97 set...  ::)

I prefer their song Stereo from the same album because of the lines

"What about the voice of Geddy Lee
How did it get so high?
I wonder if he speaks like an ordinary guy?
(I know him and he does!)

And you're my fact-checkin' cuz"
