Tue 11/22/11: It Takes 2, Baby: Duets!

eeek: Bob goes for the obvious to start: Queen/Bowie, which no man asked for.

Hello S&G, my old friends.

OMG! BOS1 Macca & MJ, "Say Say Say"! Another one I gotta get AL to spin.

Sorry, Bob, I don't think of "Whatever gets You Thru the Nite" as a duet -- EJ is buried in the mix.

WOS1 Petty/Nicks, "Stop Draggin' that Goat Around"

NOOOOOOOOO! a Goaty Twin-Spin! WOS2 Henley/Nicks in leather, lace, and treacle.

eeek2: "It's Only Love" -- VHM Tina, WOS3 Bryan.

Bono & BB -- I was hoping for Bono and Sinatra.

Well, no WAY Bob wasn't gonna play Elton & Kiki. So I won't go breakin' his balls.

BOS2 Crosby/Nash, making an immigration face. Is that like the Gas Face?

yeah, they play that AH&J song quite often -- I'd never heard it until I started listening to the Drive's 10@10; definitely a lost regional gem.

I knew it from visits to my Chicago area girlfriend in college (said girlfriend did share my birth year of 1968, but was not named lattegirl).
