No set tomorrow -- the Drive is doing something called "The History of Rock" all day long.
I'm listening to this rock history thing and it's quite painfully pedestrian (it ain't the famous Drake/Chenault "History of RnR" from the '70s, that's for sure).
This hour's theme is "The Troubadors" and we got the most obvious choices from artists like Van Morrison ("Brown eyed Girl" -- sheesh) Cat Stevens ("Wild World") etc. Snoozeville, to my ears anyway.
Oops, spoke too soon: a live-at-the-Troubador-in-LA version of Broooce doing "Spirit in the Night". I think I really dig it, and I'm too loose to fake.
the next hourly theme is "Psychedelia", but it's nothing to get hung about.
