I made this a separate thread to get your attention -- I know urth in particular is a Scelsa fan...
After several years of not being streamed, Vin is available again on the 'net Sat eves starting at 5pm Pacific. This week he'll be doing an extended interview with Cousin Brucie about the demise of WCBS-FM and Oldies formats in general. Yay Vin!

Woo hoo!!! Great news indeed! Wish I was going to be around home to listen in, but we're seeing Wilco in Berkeley tonight, so I don't expect to be here when it's live. Any idea if they'll be archiving his shows? (I think they used to.)

I'm listening to Vin's 6/4/05 show -- the day after the WCBS-FM Oldies-to-"Jack" format switch. Vin began the show with a rant about the state of radio, and then he played "Another one Bites the Dust"... "My World Is Empty Without You"... "Radio Radio"... "Kicks" (which, of course, just keep getting harder to find)... "Changes"...
