uh-oh. Bonnie's ready for a thing called love, which Lenny wants to let rule.
-
Talk about Moreyesque: Rob also played the Indigos' "Closer to Fine", Dylan's "Everything is Broken", the 'Mats "Ill Be You", the Stones "Almost Hear You Sigh",and XTC's "Mayor Of Simpleton".
And now here's EC's "Veronica". Dave's taken over Rob's mind!
-
Finally, an ATBB: Macca's "Figure of Eight".
-
and we close with Til' Tuesday's "The Other End of the Telescope".

At last, SOMEONE plays that on 10@10! I'd love AL to pull that out someday, since I'm never gonna be at a computer early enough to listen to the Peak's take on the franchise.

I don't remember hearing that Macca song on NYC radio in '89, much less anywhere since. I'm partial to "My Brave Face", which only Ginger ever played once. Note that Rob played EC and Paul back-to-back.

It got a bit of play out here, but My Brave Face was the bigger hit, fo' sho.
