Thunder Road by Brooooce sounds like an intimate cut.  Not stadium style.  purty.

it's acoustic:  piano, glockenspeil (or xylophone or whatever that guy plays) and harmonica.  very nice one, but Calrence's wistful sax coming in at the end is missed.

Stones Go to A-Go-Go -- I'll go w them

Tom Petty's extended crowd sing along Breakdown bugs me for some reason

ETA: Now I know the reason it bugs me.  The song is fine, Tom's rant is cool, the sax solo rocks, but he's actually encouraging the woo-hoo aspect of certain rock concert goers that normally bugs the crap out of me.  This is something you usually hear in the quiet interludes of a song:  "Woo-Hoo!" comes the cowboy scream of some d-bag.

My feeling has always been, "Dude, you're getting PAID to sing to ME -- don't ask me to do yer friggin' job for ya!"

another BOS mention to Frampton for the inclusion of "fireflies" in his lyrics.

We saw fireflies in Manhattan, I kid you not.
