it's a duets theme,  Stevie Nicks ("Who really gets around" say Larry) wraps her lace around Don Henley's leather  -- hubba hubba.

so, then, what up with the Stones and TOTD?

Maybe the Stones tune was before the set started.  "Hunger Strike" is a duet between Chris Cornell of Soundgarden & whatzisname, the lead singer of that obscure Seattle band Pearl Jam.  TotD was a one-off supergroup formed to do a tribute album for the late Andrew Wood, and they just happened to do it before the whole Seattle scene took off.  So this album took off with everything else.
