I remember hearing that one out here in '80, but guess it didn't make it to the eastern time zone. I filed 707 along with Loverboy, but iirc, the song wasn't bad.

indeed, it was sorta tolerable -- they're from Detroit, so no surprise it was a Midwest radio hit.
