BOS5 Beatles (yay), tho' I know "Fool on the Hill" is one of Gaz's least-fave Fab Four frolics
I have been meaning to relisten to this one. Recently I heard some bass player on somebeody's show (somehow think it wasn't KFOG, but anyway) and they were talking about bass lines that were exceptionally busy. And the bass player guy said to check out Paul's moves on FotH as an example of extreme busy-ness.

Chuckle.
You're right that FotH is among my least-faves. That's a list I'll put together another day.

Yes! a forgotten hit if ever there was one (it actually was a Top 40 single). But I'm partial to "Barefoot in Baltimore" myself.

See now, I like a lot about that song, but the line about the clowns bothers me. I draw the line in psychedelia at clowns. See also: Eire Apparent, "The Clown." (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DH_BQo5weYM) Or better yet, don't.
