you were right when you said "expect the usual suspects," but I like most of these suspects personally.

So WDRV doesn't tend to veer that far off the safe path when picking their sets?  is it the deejay or the station?

So WDRV doesn't tend to veer that far off the safe path when picking their sets?  is it the deejay or the station?

Bob told us back when we first started listening to him that he had parameters he had to work within -- a database of songs they compiled when they started that they re-evaluate from time to time. But there are enuf surprises and rarities in there that Bob's able to give us a treat or two per set (less so in the '80s, it seems).

I'm with you.  Rod was awesome.  Who cares if he went schlocky after he discovered LA?  The guy had a voice.  and I like "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy", too!
