BOS Armatrading, "Drop the Pilot"!

"Drop the pilot
Try my balloon
Drop the monkey
Smell my perfume
Drop the mahout
I'm the easy rider
Don't use your army
To fight a losing battle"

OK... anybody know what a "mahout" is?

Since you asked,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mahout

Usually, a mahout starts as a boy in the 'family business' when he is assigned an elephant early in its life and they would be attached to each other throughout the elephant's life.

Richard Thompson, "Hand of Kindness" gets a BOS3FRA. Possible ATBB here, tho' Ginger does play him fairly often.

SRV's "Mary had A Little Lamb" is at least a bit more muscular than Macca's. But still, nursery rhymes and rock don't really mix, IMHO.

Ho hum: Elvis C with Daryl Hall on backing vox, yadda yadda.

But this Buffett, "One Particular Harbor", is another rarity. Ginger gets the award for most-eclectic-set-of-the-day.

VHM Fraggle Rock, where there's lots of blisters in the sun.  BOS6 V-Femmes, staining the sheets.

I thought Fraggle Rock was entirely underground?

No idea -- I didn't have HBO in 1983.

I do!  Too late to prove it, but I've played a bunch of role-playing games where commanding an early-history army from India was one of your choices.  And mahouts were very effective against massed infantry.
