OMFG indeed! And the song really did get some spins on alternative WLIR in suburban NY at the time. I actually own the 45 of this. Sorry I missed it.

WLIR? I remember that station when I lived in Brooklyn in the 80s. They played some interesting stuff, turned me onto Shona Laing's "Glad I'm Not a Kennedy" and "Soviet Snow."

Oh my yes! They were a fine station. I have that Shona Laing 45 too.. I wish Rob or Ginger would play it in the appropriate year ('87? '88?)

Just catching up after a busy week...and I had that album on cassette. Those were both great tunes. Whatever happened to her?
