say it loud, he's back and he's Stroud.

'75 clearly means some Eagles and some ELO. 50-50 odds on Bad Company. Obvs I'd rather get something from Red Octopus.

You'n'me both, bub. "BTR" is not a promising start, but if this is the most-overplayed "classic" we get, I'll be pleased.

BOS "Corinthian Leather"!!!
Musically, however, this is pretty "meh" so far. proxy of shray for Styx, "Madame Blue", WOS from me.
-
OMGWTF goes to "Suite Madame Blue."
-
VHM da Joisey Boyz -- if Dave hadn't just played this last week it'd be more welcome.
-
Who loves ya, baby? I still do - VHM.
-
OMGWTF -- obscure Zep, "Night Flight", an across-the-board bustout if I'm not mistaken. BOS2
-
VHM BTO, rollin' on down
-
it's --- it's -- a ballroom 'trina!

that's my BOS #1, but potential Best of Week for the Zep.
-
THANK YOU BOB!!! BOS, maybe Best of Week, to "Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy."
-
Damn, another HUGE BOS vote for Captain Fantastic. Loved this song & this album.
"Hey Mick, and Hey Mom, do the papers say anything good?"
-
VHM EJ, "CF&TBDC" -- but the real underplayed gem from this LP is "Meal Ticket", which only KCDX spins regularly.
-
PS: I got the CF&TBDC CD for $0.99 from BMG many years ago when they were dumping all their misprinted copies (my disc calls the album "...the Brown Dirty Cowboy").

Love that one too, but "Bitter Fingers" is the one I keep coming back to.

-
BOS3 Mr Simon.

Hey, the Drive does the 10pm replay thing for 10@10, yes? I'm flying to Chitown tomorrow for several days (American Cheese Society convention), and while I won't be free in the mornings, I may be able to squeeze in some evening listening. Must find a portable radio to take along.

Hey Urth, I'll email this to you as well, but my friend/colleague Courtney just got back from Chicago (Pitchfork music festival) and strongly, strongly recommended this hamburger joint, if you're looking for dining options (which may or may not involve cheese):

They named a number of their sandwiches after heavy metal bands. The Slayer, f'rex:
