I'd've preferred more of Cabaret to hearing "All the Young Doods" for the umpteenth time.

Danny Holien (who?), "Colorado" -- local fave, obviously, but new to me, and Ginger sez it's hard-to-find, being played off ancient vinyl.  VHMFRA, but I'm cringing at the "Fie-fuh-fuh-fie-fuh-fuh-fie" lyrics.

I dunno, I think this is growing on me.  Especially the flute part.

TANC:  The contractor who is about to dismantle my old bathroom is a Carlos.  But he's got his two sons to depend on - Duarte & Sons Construction.

ah, but they're fixing MUNI, no?  There'll be more buses on your line when they eliminate my 26 Valencia line.

I'll believe it when I see it. The 43 goes to City College and is quite packed most mornings they really should up the number of busses on that line, but sorry it's at the cost of your neighborhood line. And I suppose they'll expect you to take the 14 Mission then?

yup. And I'm OK with that -- they apparently did a huge study and are doing a massive overhaul, meant to eliminate duplication and put the drivers from discontinued routes onto routes where there are more needed. (they're also changing the 24 Divisidero to make it turn onto 24th St, which actually helps me if I'm in the Castro.) If it works, swell. If not, Gavin better not run for guvernator.
