chrome plated, no less.

BOS1 to a heart full o' soul. Glad it's the original and not the Isaak remake.

ditto and ditto!

John Mayer reminds us every fourth or fifth song that he has gonads.
ETA: Yeah, I actually like this one. Sue me.

this is new to me -- don't think this ever made it into KFOG rotation, afaik.

BOS2 to Marge's "A" game in the bedroom!
Coulda done without the U2, though.
-
BOS2 Homer & Marge.
VHM U2, one of the songs that's NOT in U2-3D
-
Coulda done without the U2, though.
Confucius say: "If Bono is inevitable, lay back and enjoy him".
-
Kudos for playing "Love Needs a Heart" rather than "In the Shape of a Heart" from Mr Browne.
-
Jackson Browne after 1974 is like taking all the air out of the room. God is this song boring.

cranky Valentine pants -- wrong on so many levels...
-
This Bonnie Raitt song sounds oddly similar in chord structure to Raydio's "Jack and Jill."
-
aaaack!!! Corinne Colbie Feist -- WOS.
I'd love to hear "It's a HEARTache" or "Young HEARTs Run Free" but I'm not holding my breath
-
Now things get a little more real. BOS of BOSes to Neil, "Only Love Can Break Your Heart."
PS: I like the St. Etienne lite-dance cover, but the original wins hands down.
-
BOS3 Carrie & Aidan -- "you BROKE my HEART!" -- nicely segged into Neil, "OLCBYH".
-
BOS of BOSes to Neil, "Only Love Can Break Your Heart."
"I have a friend I never see
He hides his head inside a tree"
BOS4 King Crimson -- proxies of urth & shray.
-
WOS to King Crimson when they became Marrillion.

that is one of the more ridiculously hyperbolic things you've ever posted. And I mean that in the nicest possible way...

BOS4 King Crimson -- proxies of urth & shray.
Thanks, just got here in time.
Gaz, King Crimson could never become Marillion, any more than Picasso could become Andy Warhol.
ETA: and that's giving way more credit to Marillion than they're due.
-
OMFG!!! Uber-BOS5 SSJ&TAJ, "Hearts of Stone". That these guys are not on Dave's radar is absolutely criminal.
-
Whoa! Diggin' deep for some Southside Johnny. BOS n+1 "Hearts of Stone"

Zing! Best Retort of Week!

Except that I'd rather have Warhol hanging in my apartment than Picasso. Non disputem est cetera.
BOS3 to SSJ, though.
-
Happy Valentine's Day to you too, Ginger. We heart you, and that is not ridiculously hyperbolic. ;)
-
Nice set--what I heard anyway (from Feist on). BOS to the Neil, Crimson, and Southside tunes. Feist, not so much.
Thx for the proxy on the KC tune--I'll concede Heartbeat is one of the poppier Crimso songs in their catalog (nay, the poppiest) but sill a great song. But not the one you should judge them by. Check out Thela Hun Ginjeet or Sheltering Sky from (or maybe Indiscipline) from the Discipline album (the one prior to Beat, which contains Heartbeat).
